Aelisyr Return & Refund Policy

At Ælisyr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return your products in accordance with the following policy.


1. Returns for Unopened Products

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

How to Start a Return:

  • Notification: Within the 14-day window, please email us at info@aelisyr.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  • Shipping: After contacting us, you have an additional 14 days to ship the items back to the address provided by our team.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Eligibility Criteria: For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

  • Complete with all original packaging, seals, accessories, and inserts.


2. Hygiene & Safety Exclusions (Opened Cosmetics)

Due to health and hygiene regulations, the right to return is strictly excluded for sealed goods that have been opened after delivery.

🛑 Important Note for Ælisyr Skincare: If a cosmetic product (cream, serum, set, etc.) has been opened, used, or if the original security seal/cellophane has been removed or tampered with, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for sanitary and safety reasons.


3. Refund Procedures

Once your return is received and inspected to ensure the product remains sealed and unused:

  • Timeline: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise.

  • Refund Amount: You will be refunded the full price of the product plus the initial standard shipping costs (if applicable). As noted above, return shipping fees are not covered.

  • Method: The refund will be issued to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care team immediately.

  • Reporting: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aelisyr.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.

  • Resolution: Ælisyr will arrange for the collection of the defective product at our expense and provide a replacement or a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
